Griddled Peach Bruschetta Starter

The perfect starter for summer made with our Nurishh Garlic & Herbs Spread and Nurishh Gran Vegiano.

Ingredients

4 slices of sourdough

1 x 130g tub Nurishh Garlic & Herbs Spread

2 ripe peaches, sliced

100g cherry tomatoes, quartered

1 Handful basil leaves

4 tbsp Nurishh Gran Vegiano

Light olive oil

 

For the dressing

3tbs extra virgin olive oil

1tbsp white balsamic vinegar

1tsp chilli flakes

S & P to season

Method

In a hot griddle toast the bread and set aside. Toss the peaches in a little olive oil and griddle for 1 min on each side until charred.

Spread each toast with Nurishh Garlic & Herbs Spread, top with the peaches and tomatoes and scatter over the basil.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing together and drizzle over each toast, finally sprinkle over the Nurishh Gran Vegiano and served immediately.
