Got questions? We’ve got the answers.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Not yet, but it will change soon. Bel has acquired the brand in 2020 and we’ve been working hard since then to switch to recyclable packaging. From early 2022, the blocks and the slices will have 100% recyclable packaging, made from over 50% of already recycled PET (the most recycled plastic). Our grated range will also have a brand new pack, mostly made from FSC certified paper.

Why do you use coconut oil? Where is it sourced?

Coconut oil contributes to the texture and especially the taste of our products as it does not bring any strong aftertaste like cashew nut (fermented taste). To date, the coconut oil used in Nurishh products comes from the Philippines, Indonesia and the Marshall Islands. It’s almost non-existent in Western countries, thus making local supply impossible. Bel Group’s partners must systematically take note of our “Code of Good Business Practices” which is based on seven key principles and can be found here.
