Cheddar Style Burger

Enjoy a delicious dairy-free version of the burger made with our Nurishh Cheddar Style Slices.

Ingredients

Vegan brioche burger bun or regular burger bun
Nurishh Cheddar style Slices
2 of your favourite vegan or veggie burger patties
1 large tomato, sliced shredded red onion or pickled red onion
1 handful Lettuce leaves
Burger sauce – Mix together:
– 1 tbsp of mustard
– 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

  1. Cook your burger to packet instructions while you prepare your ingredients.
  2. Heat a griddle pan on a high heat till it gets really hot and char griddle your buns.
  3. Once done you can griddle the burgers as well for extra caramelisation and flavour.
  4. When the burgers are just done lay over one of the delicious Nurishh Cheddar Style slices.
  5. Place a tbsp of the burger sauce on the bottom half of the bun with some lettuce and some onions and lay the burger on top.
  6. Add a couple of slices of tomato and a little more lettuce on top.
  7. Put a little more burger sauce (or any alternative sauce of your choosing) on the top bun and place on top.
  8. Serve with salad or some fries.
